AGING: 16 months in American (50%) and French (50%) oak barrels with semi-annual racking. In July it goes to the bottle, where it is refined and acquired the desired finesse and elegance.
The winery is only supplied with grapes from Moreda vineyards, distributed 50% between own and others.
This primordial role that we give to the vineyard, perhaps partly influenced by our origin and family tradition, conditions us to control the evolution of the vineyards, especially in the era that goes from the envero to the vintage, to make a particular vintage, vineyard to vineyard, depending on the state of health and maturation.
