Cava Conde de Haro Rosé
Cava Conde de Haro Brut Rosé. The aromatic complexity of this cava is surprising, in which we find aromas of tropical fruits, citrus fruits that provide freshness, youth and at the same time more mature fruits such as peach or quince.

Color: bright pale salmon color that is due to the Garnacha variety. Due to its slow fermentation, the cava presents a column of fine bubbles that denote a careful
elaboration.
Aroma: Medium-high aromatic intensity, complex where you can find aromas of tropical fruits, citrus fruits such as grapefruit that provides freshness, stone fruit such as
the peach and even some bakery.
Mouth: It has a slightly sweet entry into the mouth, passing to the freshness of acidity. Pleasant mouthfeel due to the fineness of its bubbles and the work with its lees
during the rhyming process. In the aftertaste, the aromatic complexity that we had on the nose is found again, highlighting aromas of fruit.
This is a cava with great persistence and easy consumption, unequivocal signs of its high quality.
