Ramón Bilbao Reserva is made from grapes from Rioja Alta vineyards. The production is aimed at preserving the primary character of the fruit with pre-fermentation macerations for 3 to 4 days, post-fermentation for 5 to 7 days, pump-overs and daily punching. Filtered and clarified at the end. Aged in American barrels for 20 months and a further 20 months in the bottle.
Ruby red with blunts of black and red fruit, liquorice, menthol and violet candies. Medium and rounded tannin intensity.
