Made mostly from Tempranillo grapes from our farms in Ashtray where the orientation, the
Atlantic weather and limited productivity offer us ideal grapes for this style of wine.
TASTING: Attractive ruby color of medium layer and light tile tones. The great aromatic intensity in the nose, with ripe fruits, integrated
with toast and balsamic notes. After some time in the glass, the aromas evolve into traces of infusions, spices, and tobacco. The
Mouth attack is round and harmonious, showing silky tannins but also staying fresh and vivacious. The aftertaste is very
persistent, recovering memories of toast and raisins.
