This wine is the result of the mixture of four of our best payments:
La Muga, a 40-year-old Tempranillo sunny vineyard, with a clay-chalky soil and boulders at an altitude of 360 meters.
Poyatos, another sunny Tempranillo vineyard with more than 40 years in Azagra, with silty structure soil.
Los Molinos, a farm of Graciano, located in San Adrián with very poor soil. High acidity, low production and excellent concentration of polyphenols.
Los Quiñones is our oldest payment in Garnacha and is located on the slopes of Yerga in Aldeanueva de Ebro. The soil is clay-ferrous. The planting year is 1978.
Each farm is made individually and after aging in the barrel, the mixture is made according to the winemaker's criteria.
