With the best Tempranillo grapes, collected in boxes in our oldest vineyards and selected in the cellar, we make this excellent wine.
A traditional system with destemmed grapes, or separation of grain and scrape, with temperature control and subsequent maceration for 15 days in storage. It rests in 70% French and 30% American oak barrels for at least 18 months and then in the bottle.
