The Vicalanda Reserve. It is harvested at the optimum moment of maturation. After the destemming and crushing, a 3-week fermentation took place at 28º. It will remain in a new French oak barrel for 14 months. Finally, it will go to the bottle, in which it will age a minimum of 24 months.
