The wine has undergone a period of aging in American and French oak barrels of 36 months and rounded in the bottle for a minimum of 12 months.
Intense cherry color is elegant on the nose with its character of soft oak and species. In the mouth, it appears balanced and smooth, vivid and long-lasting.
When uncorking this excellent reserve wine comes to life clearly improving after about 30-45 minutes of aeration.
Excellent accompaniment of roasts, venison, wild boar or any red meat or even fine cheeses.
