Breeding
The wine is aged in new and second-year American and French oak barrels for 30 months, with a transfer every 6 months to facilitate natural clarification. Subsequently, it remains in the bottle for 36 months for refining.
Tasting
Ruby color with tile reflections. Complex nose, good intensity, balsamic, spicy, leather, tobacco, all on a pleasant background of frosty fruit. Very suggestive set. In the mouth elegant, tasty, very aromatic, ripe tannins still present in an excellent classicism that lasts in the aftertaste
Pairing
Roasts of red meat, game, cured cheeses, hard and spicy.
