Elaboration
The elaboration is based on the destemming of clusters and gentle crushing of the grapes to subsequently carry out the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.
Breeding
The wine is aged in medium-roasted American oak and French oak barrels for 18 months, with a transfer every 6 months to facilitate natural clarification. Subsequently remains in the bottle for refining.
Tasting
Cherry color with ruby tones, it stands out on the nose for its aromas of good intensity. Red fruit in seasoning, with toffee, chocolate, and cocoa, aromatic herbs, cedar, spices. In the mouth, good structure, tasty, good balance, and fruit load. Wide and elegant the palate. It has a mature and serious ending. Aromatic aftertaste of great finesse.
