Intense purple in color with purple hues.
With a high aromatic intensity with notes of black fruits and ripe sloes, a very marked mineral profile that, together with the notes from the barrel, vanilla, spices and tobacco, give it great character.
On the palate it is fatty and intense with a sweet mid palate, showing great finesse. Balanced acidity with alcohol, predominantly freshness. Which also predominates in a long, mineral finish, with hints of fine woods.
