Made with grapes from two farms.
La Ladera, a vineyard in a glass of more than 50 years where grapes of the Viura variety of incalculable value are produced Located 350 meters high, it receives sun practically throughout the day thanks to its South orientation.
They bring to the wine characteristics of old grapes such as maturity, body, and complexity.
The second vineyard, La Torraza, is from Chardonnay grapes and is located at a similar altitude.
Pruning is in a double-tiered high lace where we maintain a large leaf area looking for the necessary “freshness” that the Chardonnay grape provides in the composition of this wine.
